Consultancy firms are a growing phenomenon globally, it is highly important to get to know each-other’s attitudes, expectation and system of values and form a common language for actors of the process and the society in order to improve cooperation among consultants and their customers. The article deals with problems of micro- and small enterprises, type of consultancy and how can they solve their problem. The results of this article based on my questionnaire survey.
