Abstract

In this study first some environmental problems at food companies have been presented, then concept of environmentally conscious attitudes will be explained, finally data gathered from a questionnaire survey had been carried out with food companies in the Northern-Plain Region in Hungary will be analysed. It has been very instructive to study food companies because there are a small number of studies of similar kind in this field, and today environmental protection and healthy way of life are topics overlapping one another putting special emphasis highlight at foods.
