Abstract

The European Union expects definite actions from its member states in the question of the rationalisation of the energy consumption. The modernisation of building energetics may contribute to the energy saving and the increase of the efficiency of the end consumption in a considerable measure - they bear significant unexploited potential. Energetics screening is completed in order to survey and classify energetics profile and to underpin interventions. The aim of the present article is to present the tasks and difficulties that domestic specialists have to face in the practice of energy screening of buildings.
