Talent management at University of Pécs Faculty of Business and Economics: Generation Y students at the organisations

This study presents a research carried out among the students of University of Pécs Faculty of Business and Economics (PTE KTK). The aim of the study was to highlight the expectations of employers and students regarding professional practice. The talent management is an important function of the universities to help the students on the labour market and professional practice. Our results show that key competencies, skill development, conscious career planning, courage, personal network and self-branding will be the most important factors in the future on the labour market.
