Abstract

Motivation, mainly the motivation of employees plays an increasingly significant role in the life of certain organizations. 21st century managers and executives are expected to provide novel solutions regarding new problems arising from the inspiration of Chinese employees.
This paper attempts to explore the type of cultural particulars displayed by Chinese employees playing a crucial role in the development of that country’s economy. The author’s additional objective is to investigate devices or means capable of motivating the workers of this huge and populous country.
